Loyalty Rewards Branding (Adorama VIP Rewards)

Goal
The primary goal of this project was to design and launch Adorama's rewards program, featuring distinct customer tiers, with the aim of enhancing engagement and building enduring customer relationships. A key objective was to strengthen the marketing touchpoints between the business and its customers, reminding them of the numerous value propositions offered by Adorama, and creating additional revenue opportunities while delivering an exceptional rewards program experience.

Role
As the lead visual designer for this project, I played a pivotal role in establishing and maintaining a distinct brand identity for Adorama's rewards program. Following the program's successful launch, I took on the responsibility of designing a wide array of loyalty campaigns, ensuring clear brand consistency. These campaigns encompassed member-exclusive initiatives like in-store promotions, exclusive sales, bonus reward points opportunities, early access to sales, and various other exclusive offerings. Throughout, I maintained a strong and consistent brand identity.
